Hosted Voice

Our Hosted Voice offering is based on the BroadSoft platform and fully integrated with our private cloud services platform delivering Switch Communications services across our very own end to end managed service. Unlike many providers we do not purchase the end to end solution from another provider but rather procure the licences for the BroadSoft system and then run the service over our own network. We have invested in state of the art Session Border Controllers (SBC) and a multi site resilient core which delivers industry leading Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to our clients.
